CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS 

Shipping addresses can be changed within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at info.myknorities@gmail.com, after 24 hours we will only be using the address provided when the order was originally placed. 

AM I ABLE TO CANCEL MY ORDER? 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, Once an order is processed we cannot modify or cancel a shipment. 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once the order is shipped out, you will receive an email confirmation with the corresponding tracking information.
